Eunseon Park is a Korean jeweller-metalsmith who is based in Nova Scotia, Canada. She completed a BFA in 2017 majoring in Jewellery Design and Metalsmithing, at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design [NSCAD University]. During her studies at NSCAD Eunseon took the opportunity to do an exchange semester in South Korea at Kookmin University. While on exchange study, she became interested in holloware and as a result has been engaged in making vessels and sculptural pieces.

Eunseon’s intention is to imbue her personal impression of nature into her pieces. She is immersed in visualizing the strength as well as the delicacy of flowers and plants using sheet metals.

With her method of shearing the edge of thin metal sheet as a forming process, she experiences uncontrolled beauty of the characteristics of metals, just like how she feels about nature. Another major factor in her working process is the use and experimentation of diverse methods of applying colour to metal.
